Checking financial, residential, and criminal histories. ​We're looking for a credit score of at least 650 or higher per adult.  We're looking for an income of $80,000 or more OR proof of funds from any legal source.  We're looking for a Move-In soon and no later than Wed. July 30th.  Don't know your credit score? Go to www.CreditKarma.com.   Holding Fee/Security Deposit due up front when signing the lease agreement.

To apply, you or your proxy or company rep must view the home and love it. 

For Showing Appointment: Please call property manager Bob Dienst (NM license 15226) at 505-228-5409, and he needs at least a day's notice.  Please note that Chocolate Properties is closed on Sundays.

PET POLICY: Up to two small FRIENDLY dogs (each under 30 lbs.) OR one FRIENDLY dog (under 65 lbs.) with pet rent of $35 per pet per month.  Sorry, no cats nor other pets with this home. Must supply up to date Vet Papers by Move-In date.

        About service animals: accredited Service, Assistance, or Therapy dog, which will NOT be charged pet rent. Regarding this type of dog: Tenants must supply with application their doctor or therapist verification for the human, and recent dog vet papers (with up-to- date shots, etc.). There will be no additional pet Security Deposit for a therapy/service animal.  However, the service animal must be deemed FRIENDLY by the insurance companies: No violent-prone dogs will be accepted and these includes, but is not limited to:  Akitas, American Bulldogs, Bull Mastiffs, Beaucerons, Belgian Malinois, Caucasian Mountain Dogs, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Keeshond Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Staffordshire Terriers, Huskies, Wolf Hybrids, or any mix or variation of these breeds, or any dog with a history of biting, or any dog underwriting deems ineligible. These breed restrictions do pertain to Credited Service or Therapy or Assistance Animals with the authentic accreditation.   Approved animals: nails to be kept trimmed because of the flooring. 

      

          Please no smokers; no waterbeds; no trampolines, no swimming pools, and no evictions in the past two years.  Renters' insurance is a must.
