Buyers’ Services

Buyers need their own representation in a real estate transaction, to make sure they get the home they want on the terms they want. And we love to represent buyers! We help you find the home you really want, craft a fair offer that will get you the home, negotiate the terms you want, and shepherd the transaction through all the complications that a real estate transaction entails, to a successful and satisfying close. Best of all, In most cases, our fees for these services are paid at closing from the Seller’s side of the transaction.

Property Management

We specialize in managing single family homes. Our priority is preserving the property, because we know you might want to sell it, or maybe move into it yourself one day. Therefore, we carefully screen all prospective tenants with a stringent application process that includes in-person interviews with the prospects and a detailed background/credit check. In addition, we are quick to respond to any repair calls with our “team” of skilled repair personnel. Additionally, we conduct twice yearly inspections to uncover any possible unreported repair issues.
