Bob & Carolyn have a combined more than six decades of experience in the business. In this recent, highly competitive sellers’ market, we have successfully won the bid for our eleven past buyers, each of whom were competing with one to seven other buyers at the same time. We help our clients with selling their homes, something we’ve been doing for decades. First, we help you prepare your house for market so that it is presented as its best possible version. Then, we use the best marketing tools for advertising your house, both online and off. Once the offers come in, we help you negotiate. One of our many strengths is handling multiple offers — which seems to be the norm currently. We oversee every detail of the arduous paper work needed to complete a sale. Every step of the way, we are with you, with a full commitment to you and only you, to give you the very best outcome possible.

Our specialty is really good property management. We currently manage single family homes in the greater Albuquerque Metro Area (includes Rio Rancho & Placitas too), and we’re known for careful placement of excellent tenants and for preserving the value of every property.
