Why ABQ?

1.  Albuquerque Is Ranked Best Metro For Home Appreciation
Forbes Magazine (Aug. 25, 2008) has ranked Albuquerque the number one place where home prices are most likely to rise.  Albuquerque's top ranking can be attributed to local business expansion as well as future job growth.  Forbes writer Matt Woosley stated that homebuilders and economists are "bullish" about Albuquerque's potential going forward. Housing starts are expected to grow over 26% in 2009 according to the National Association of Homebuilders. (

2.  There is an organization called Albuquerque Economic Development www.abq.org
AED is comprised of over 450 local businesses that are investor members.  They each contribute somewhere between $1,500 to $50,000 a year.  This money helps the AED engine "run."  President Gary Tonjes and his crew go outside of the city and they bring new jobs to the area.  One example is Schott Solar (from Germany): they currently have about 30 employees but when their new plant gets built and is in operation (south of the airport) their company will grow to 1,500 with-in two years.  New jobs equal new growth.

3.  Weather and climate is almost perfect.
We don't have hurricanes, tornados, earthquakes, floods, etc. We are a mile high up and so even in the summer we don't get too hot. In the winter we rarely have snow, and if it snows it's usually only a couple of inches. One winter two years ago we did have two feet of snow for about a week, yet that was a fluke.

Why now?

Now is the best time to buy a home (or a home as an investment property).  See reason number 1 above under Why ABQ?  The rates are almost the lowest they have been in almost three decades.  If a person has an excellent credit rating, a good steady job, with few debts, they will be able to qualify for a loan.

Why us?

Twelve Reasons to use us, instead of anyone else

  1. We work By Referral Only, which gives us more time to provide personalized service rather than spending our time looking for more business.
  2. We ask thought provoking questions, and listen carefully to the answers, to find out our clients’ core values. When their core values are clear, their choices become easy.
  3. We first and foremost are committed to helping our clients achieve THEIR goals and not to merely “making a sale”.
  4. We work personally with each client and personally oversee all the details of their transactions.
  5. In order to maintain our very high level of personal service, we limit ourselves to only four clients per month per broker.
  6. As Silver Investor Members of Albuquerque Economic Development, we receive first knowledge of business issues that affect Albuquerque.
  7. As ambassadors for Albuquerque, we promote the wonders of living here and have a relocation program for HR Directors in place that will help them recruit employees from out of state…and our services are FREE to their company!
  8. We have an on-going commitment to education that keeps us sharp and knowledgeable of the most current issues in our field.
  9. We consult, negotiate and over-see every transaction as though we were spending our own money. We are a "pit-bull" with our client's money.
  10. .  We operate with business-timeline systems that keep us in touch with our clients before, during and after their transactions.  For example, after closing, we contact our clients at 14, 30, 60, and 90 days out and for four more times after that, to be sure that they are satisfied and that any issues that come up are satisfactorily resolved.
  11.    We’re connected: we use the Internet and the MLS System extensively, and we hold affiliations with several national and international referral networks with the best people in the business.
  12. .   It's a fun experience, and we give you lots of chocolate!
