Bob Dienst with Chocolate Properties is one of the best, most proactive Real Estate Agents that I have met or used in New Mexico. He created a very effective plan for selling a higher end custom home for us when everyone else said it would take a year to get a decent buyer. Not only that, we asked him to do it during the dead of winter which is always the toughest time to sell a house in New Mexico. We had 2 good offers in just three months, which allowed us to choose the better priced offer. The ultimate selling price was right in the target price we set up at the beginning of our agreement together. Bob didn't just sit idly by and wait on some other agent to stumble across the home. He put a plan together to get it noticed by the key top selling agents in the market, key relocation agents and with companies relocating employees to Albuquerque.
