Bob Dienst, CRS, e-PRO®, GRI, Qualifying Broker, and Realtor® Bob, formerly of Columbus, Ohio (a “Buckeye”), has been in the real estate business since 1982. He has earned the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation which translates to having a reputation for the highest standards and education levels in the real estate industry. Bob utilizes his education and expertise to incorporate innovative concepts that better serve our clients and expedite the successful acquisition or sale of their home or investment property. |

Carolyn R. Ward, SRES, e-PRO®, Associate Broker, and Realtor® Carolyn, Bob’s wife and business partner, is a native New Mexican and a retired Clinical Counselor, who has been a licensed real estate broker for the past four years. She is known for guiding her clients through their transactions with a refreshing combination of humor, ferocious tenacity, and conscientious attention to detail. Carolyn recently earned her SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation which helps her understand the generational differences among her clients. She hopes to complete her GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) by July of 2009. |

* We first and foremost are committed to helping our clients achieve their goals and not to merely "making a sale".
* We work personally with each client and personally oversee all the details of their transactions. We do not hand off our clients or their transactions to an assistant.
* In order to maintain our very high level of personal service, we limit ourselves to only four to five clients per month (per broker).
At the same time, we use the Internet and the MLS system extensively, just as the large real estate companies do. And, we hold several national and international affiliations and are members of large national referral networks who have the most skilled people to help us and our clients.
